Dear Neighbour,
As you may be aware, West Hampstead Ltd is in the process of constructing 106 new homes at Liddell Road, NW6. As part of this development, we will be providing a new public play space which will include a play area accessible to all. We would like to invite you to take part in our community consultation for the proposals for the new play area.
We believe this is great opportunity to provide a fully accessible play area for the local community and provide further community benefits for all residents within the local area.
We would like to invite you to share your views on these plans. There is an information pack with more information available on our website, liddellroadconstruction.co.uk, where you can also fill in a feedback form to tell us what you think. The feedback from the community will help us ensure the play space to be delivered as part of the Liddell Road development is appropriate for the whole community.
Please do let us know your thoughts on the proposals once you have had a chance to review the information in the pack called Condition 9.
